This branch has poor customer service . Upper management themselves are not knowledgeable about bank policies and can only explain them superficially as if reading from a script. Any deeper questions warrant a swift "no" . It is not the institution, it is the branch. The BoA plaza has excellent customer service. However, my experience was so discouraging, I am entirely switching banks.
