Worst customer Service. Have been a customer of BOA for more then 15 years and this uninformed and rude Assistance Vice president Indirah Gutierrez was unaccommodating and irrational. She should be fired or least be reprimanded. She and others at the bank need some education and basic customer service etiquette.
