Yes, I had to wait for a representative, however, the teller behind the counter fielded all my questions and directed me to the first available representative. Once my issue was resolved, they offered me additional information and solutions. I could not ask for anything else from my visit to the bank. I should state, we do the online banking account, and technically are not supposed to go inside the bank for transactions. This technicality never came up, they treated me as a "loyal customer," and exceeded all my expectations.
