Banana Republic

I purchased a button up shirt here. It was a little big, but I liked the color on me so i purchased it from the register with a store manager. I found a similar shirt in another store that was fitted, so I tried to return the BR shirt but the store closed for the day. I live nearby, so I waited until the morning when BR opened and i went back to return the shirt. I did not wear it that night, i just kept the shirt in the bag with the receipt. The same store manager was working this day also and said that he would not take the shirt back because it was worn and he pointed out to me oil stains on the neck. I come away from this experience unhappy with the service. BR is quick to sell used and worn clothing to me but will not honor their return policy.
