Baggett Elementary School

We've had some ups and downs the first year the school opened, my daughter was put on a bus when she wasn't supposed to and let off the bus although she wasn't supposed to be. Our first day in a new place (as we moved from another state) and her first day at a new school and they lost her. Thankfully someone saw her wondering around the complex and took her to the manager, who let me know she was there. As I was at the school waiting for the bus driver to bring her back, but never did. While the administration apologized at the time, no one ever apologized to my daughter and that opened up an old wound from her first year of school. I will say however that the school is very patient with kids and very willing to work with those who have behavioral problems. I love every teacher each of my kids have had this far and I am trying hard to keep them in Baggett school district when we move. I don't like the common core curriculum and I think some of the curriculum is too advanced for the kids, but I love what they are trying to do. #GoodJob
