I did my reservation online specifying no additional insurances/charges needed. when I picked up the car they include an expensive insurance without verbally advise before signing off the agreement and when I dropped the car I had an extra charge that I didn't ask for. which wasn't on my online reservation. such a bad experience. customer service not good.
