I wouldn't dare rent one of these apartments again! Everything I was told about these apartments and the way they were turning the complex around was a lie. These people are only out to get your rent money they won't fix anything & are very very very unprofessional. Ever heard the term "fake it til you make it?" Well that's somewhat of there motto but it's more like, fake it til they get you in the apartment. I really wish I had the money to own this complex I would put the work in it desperately needs, if you're really thinking about moving here, RUN! It's a scam, the people who own it don't have to deal with a small portion of what people who are living with here deal with neither does the management team but they have no problem telling you when the rent is late or post a late notice on your door. This isn't even the half of what's going on at this place I'm just sugar coating it and I've only been here for 3 mouths & I'm in talks with lawyera to break this contract.
