Tried to purchase an item on rewards. Apparently the guy helping me with someone new and didn't know you couldn't do a split payment on his register, So Not only was I unable to purchase the item, I lost my rewards and hopefully they will be returned in up to three weeks. That's fine, he didn't know. But the manager, she was very unhelpful, very rude to the other employee, very short with me and would not give me any information. When I told her I appreciated the fact that she had been so helpful and gave her a smile she simply stated that it was the system and there is nothing she could do about it as she was walking away. When I say walking away, she never actually approached me. The entire incident was her walking two other parts of the store while she was communicating her single word replies to the other employee. Absolutely unprofessional. I cannot believe how unprofessional the managers are at these parts stores in this area. But to that other employee comma if you read this, I haven't forgotten about you. I'm going to hit up O'Reilly and see if I can find you another job had a better parts store where you don't have to work under that b****. You were very professional and calm, I appreciate your service.
