We had used this place for years. Quick turn around, reasonable prices, never seemed to suggest unnecessary repairs or parts replacement. Suddenly 2-3 years ago all of the above turned 180 degrees. All of the sudden each vehicle we brought had a suggested repair involving the complete system most of which we knew it did not need. After several issues like this and one unit in particular we spent thousands of dollars on never working correctly we decided to pull a truck out after another overkill diagnosis. They demanded being paid several hundred dollars for diagnosis time before releasing the truck back to us. Several years have gone by and we now have a truck that has a "ghost in the machine". It's odd, we can run power to the compressor for diagnostic purposes and the A/C blows ice cold. We brought it to a computer tech who said the body control module needs to be replaced but that the actual a/c system was good. Before deciding to spend several thousand on a new body controller we decided to bring it here for a second opinion. Several days later they told us that the entire a/c system needed to be replaced which was actually a higher cost than a new body controller. They claimed the compressor (which was recently replaced) and every line was leaking and also needed replacement. Really? If the compressor is bad and all the lines are leaking how in the hell does it blow ice cold when running direct power to the compressor???
They got their second chance and blew it.
their level of service and ethics dropped so suddenly I wonder if ownership or management changed.
