First visit was consultation went fine but went waited very long time in waiting room. Had insurance approved for procedure was x-rayed, looked at, paid co-pay and left. Showed up for mouth surgery was told payment was expected first. When I had problems with my health flex card was given the alternative of rescheduling only, so I left. So have cash in hand.
