Everyone is very professional and nice!!! Dr. HO is great at explaining! I would recommend this office.

The first time I went I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes without being recognized or anything by staff. I got fed up and went to the window to ask if I needed to fill out any new patient paperwork and she gave me the stuff to fill out. After that it went by fast the ultrasound tech was very nice. The Dr came in and told me he'd like to see me again because my little wasn't cooperating and he wanted to check for cleft. We want back and this time it was much better but I'm giving one star because after we got better pictures a different Dr came in and said everything was fine and told us to leave. I asked about the cleft and she said it was impossible to see on ultrasound. Why would he say he wanted me in for that reason then I get told from another Dr that it isn't possible? I felt like I wasted my time. Less than a week later I had 4D ultrasounds done and now I'm definitely worried about cleft especially after my dad brought it up.
