We were actually thrilled that we got over $5,000 when we didn’t expect to get but possibly a couple hundred dollars like I had read online that happened to so many people. We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the claims and we will send anyone we know to them to help them as well and if we get in another accident then ADV will be one of the first calls we make. We are very happy that we had Andrew and ADV Appraisal Services help to get this settled or we would have been out a lot of money.
