I didn't use this company but if they work like they communicate, I dodged a bullet. I granted the two stars because the estimator was professional and prompt (as far as appointment time). Trey came out to my house to check out my basement for a complete remodel (finish). This, I might add, was after he called several times while I was on vacation to set up the appointment. After he had taken all his pictures and measurements, he said he would hand over to his boss and they would get back to me in a couple of days with plans/estimate. After nearly two weeks I had not heard anything, so I emailed. Trey responded that they were really busy, but I should get something the following day. That was on Monday. Today is Friday and-nothing. I don't doubt they are busy and Trey seemed like a nice nough guy, but that is just not the way I would want to begin business dealings. Two other estimates I received said this job should take about 6-7 weeks. Somehow, I get the feeling this would be an entire summer to complete project for Atlanta Building Co. I could be wrong, but I won't grant the opportunity to find out. Nothing personal, just business.
