The ladies in the office are pleasant but Don was not (bad attitude). Went to see a townhouse that was listed. They had the wrong directions on the advertisement flyer. Not familiar with the Cartersville area so we got a little lost. Called Don to let him know and he was less than helpful and just rude. We took our business elsewhere.
--In response to your response: He did not wait at the home for 15 minutes. He was coming from White GA & we left straight from the office (no stops in between). We may have missed each other by no more than 5 minutes. We weren't lost on the other side of town, we passed the street & then turned around. Yes there are apps for directions but if we are using directions provided by your office we trust that they are correct. We used GPS only AFTER we realized your printed directions were wrong. Either way he was dry & rude. If there was a directional mistake on behalf of the office an apology would've been sufficient enough instead of attitude.
