Our experience was mostly good. Food was great after returning the first round of sweet potato fries that were burnt. Second round was perfect. Waitress was less than satisfactory by not checking on water refills and completely ignoring one of our glasses. Our finished plates sat in front of us while our empty handed waitress, making numerous trips past us, made no attempt to remove for over a half hour. My tip was suggestive of the service....only 15%, whereas I usually tip closer to 25% for really good service. Upon leaving we noticed several other tables had dirty plates on the table after people had left. Is this common practice? I think not...Applebee's management needs to go over proper service with staff...
