It was so hot in the theater! It was extremely uncomfortable. My daughter was begging to leave. She rolled up her pants and sleeves, pulled her hair back, and took off her shoes, but she was still sweating and started feeling panicked because of how uncomfortable it is to be that hot. It was ridiculous. Completely unacceptable.
Your facility is outdated. You're competing with much nicer and more advanced theaters. The least you can do is provide a comfortable environment.
