The last time I received this level of service I lived in a tiny town that barely appears on the map, and the only time I've received this level of quality I've always had to pay double and above what Alpha Omega charges. I've come to them now over eighteen months, some for general maintenance, and several times for nasty surprises visited upon me during my late night commute. They always have my car repaired and ready to go by the time I have to leave again the next day. Not only are their prices fair, they often cut me an excellent deal, and they understand that I'm a working father with bills to pay. We used one of the large chain repair shops for a while, and left every time with the nauseous sensation that we had been taken advantage of, but when I leave Alpha and Omega I feel like I've really been helped out, and that my patronage has value.
