Chris Wall did a fantastic job of finding me a good stable tenant in a very difficult neighborhood to place that can live with my picky neighbor upstairs. I had lots of problems with finding the right tenant. When I signed up with Chris I had just had a tenant that I had taken to court 2 times. And the tenant walked out after that owing me, at least, 2 months rent. Chris took over and placed an elderly tenant, with a stable work history, in my condo right below that picky elderly neighbor that lives upstairs. And no complaints. At my other condo in Midtown, I got the run-around constantly from the tenant about paying his rent. Chris took over and talked him into leaving (he wouldn't catch up on his rent) WITHOUT a formal eviction. THAT saved me tons of court time, costs and expense! I am pleased as punch about having Chris handle my tenants. Thank You Chris! :)
