I had the most amazing car buying experience at Albany Motors Cars!! . I saw the model I wanted online on a Thursday night, called on Friday morning, spoke to Steve Johnson, in Mercedes Sales and had numbers paper work and approval by that afternoon. Everyone from the GM, Sales Manager and Sales support participated in my purchase and treated me with upmost respect. The respect and lack of game playing, which I had experienced with a few other Mercedes dealers in my immediate area, set Albany Motors apart. Steve spent an unbelievable amount of time making sure I understood all of the components of my beautiful GLC 300. His follow up after the sale, has been very comforting and helpful. Steve really goes the extra mile. I will recommend and have told everyone about this exceptional experience.
