Upon reading some of these ratings this is a very nice facility and will kelp. Professional Pest Control is very diligent in their services. If rats chewed up your things it's because you brought them and lock them in your contain storage. There's only one rating showing rats. As far as people in the office 24/7 may not happen. The people in the office also has to maintain and make security rounds at the Self Storage regular units across the street. I've been to the office locked also but have always found them across the street dealing with Affordable Storage property. As far as the 24-hour kiosk I've never had a problem. No one can control a computer. I think the management is very professional. Thanks
