I consider 1 star to be a participation trophy for owning a business and that's really all this place deserves. In short, their service is completely unprofessional and I ended up taking my business elsewhere after they wasted my time and put my personal belongings at risk. You can read details below: I was given a quote for scooter pickup and diagnostic by the owner. When I was contacted by Nick who is in charge of pick up, he tried to charge me over 3 times what I was originally quoted for pickup. We talked at 12 and he said he would pick up the scooter at 3. Didn't hear from him until I called him at 4 when he told me they wouldn't be around until the evening. I had to leave so at this point I had to leave my scooter out and hide the key. He also insisted I leave cash in the scooter without offering any receipt of transaction. He never picked up the scooter but promised he would in the morning. The next day, I didn't hear from him until noon when he told me they wouldn't be by until that night. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere. Please save yourself the headache and get your vehicle repaired with a business that acts professionally and doesn't treat its customers like a second thought.
