Advanced Mobile Mix Concrete

This company instructed me to call my bank and have the authorization removed AFTER they had my (paid) crew waiting all day for the pour. The truck would not pour when it arrived at my property (two hours late), there was no manager in the office to help us at this point. After calling them at 7:30am we were told "look at what our competitors charge" like that is some EXCUSE for pushing my pour back 3 days and holding my money. Instead of putting me first on the schedule the next day with a good truck, instead of giving me some customer service, they told me it would be another 2 days with a dug up driveway on a property that is ready to listed. My property simply needed a 15' driveway, imagine if you needed a foundation! This company will cost you time, labor and money- the bank said it could take up to 10 days to get my money back on a product I NEVER received, and will never receive from them. I just wanted my concrete, on time, as agreed and instead I've had to engage other companies last minute. They should be ashamed of how they handled this situation.
