Advanced Dermatology

I called at 4:45pm to make an URGENT appointment. Their phone already went to the machine of their office already closed. They close at 5pm. I think it's HIGHLY unprofessional to close their office/phone calls 15 minutes early, they should stop taking call at 5:00pm not 4:45pm, 15 minutes early. I am definitely a unhappy patient.
