I have made every effort to turn my dealings with this company into a positive experience. Yet, we continue to be billed for a service we don't have. Haven't been refunded for equipment from an incomplete installation. Lastly, have been deceived by Management, I can no longer find any positive about this company. I won't go into full detail as I am tired of repeating the events of this nightmare we've been involved in since October. I have given this company multiple opportunities to resolve this matter without exposing the situation. However, after receiving a notice from an Asst. Supervisor confirming that a refund check was processed March 15, 2018 I am left with no choice. I sent a follow up response to the same individual on April 23, 2018 requesting further assistance as the check hadn't been received and we are still being overcharged. I haven't received a response as of today, which is more than enough time. It is clear that the customer service department and management are not capable of, or are unwilling to provide the service you as the consumer would be paying for. Take your business to a company that will address your concerns and respect your hard earned money.
