Very helpful and the people are nice at all times

The experience has been a nightmare. Don't know when I'll get my car back. It's been twice as long as they said it would be. They are impossible to get in touch with and when they do answer they have excuse after excuse. I've also read that the quality of repair is a disaster. I feel that I've made the wrong choice to trust the insurance recommend shop.
