Staff is friendly, but the rates are a bit high compared to what I've paid monthly before. But if you hate bugs (spiders, crickets, and roaches) then I suggest you look elsewhere . They got into my things. Hopefully this knowledge prompts them to treat the facility & units before they rent them out. Besides, people are paying enough to cover storage and pest control.
