I am concerned with this companies billing practices and ethical obligations. As an oral surgeon I have experience with digital dentistry and guided surgery with another vendor. In an effort to gain my business, 360 imaging entered into a contract with me whereby I agreed to the initial purchase of the software with the stipulation that I would try two cases and if not satisfied would be given a full refund. I found the imaging software much less sophisticated than my current program and saw no value in continuing with the 360 imaging software. Therefore, I requested my refund. I was very surprised with the lack of communication and false promises made by this company. They have continued to deny my request. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company to ANY of my Dental Colleagues.
