The building and amenities are nice, but the leasing office is incompetent with constant staff turnover. The office is friendly, but the amount of issues I have had over the last 18 months makes me happy I am moving out. They do not answer the phone, respond to emails nor actually assist current residence. Luckily I work from home as I am constantly needing to walk into the office (following multiple emails/ voicemails) to speak with someone to which they say "can you send us an email?" After speaking with multiple people (whom give conflicting answers) you are lucky if the office provides assistance or direction. The maintenance guys are GREAT and its best to speak with them directly about apartment issues as it will take over one week to have anything resolved if you involve the leasing office. Beware of the multitude of fees the building charges and read your lease VERY closely. The rent price does not include the following mandatory fees: garbage, pest control, parking, internet, cable, water, sewer, electric, insurance and electronic billing service fee. Additionally if you do not proved 60 day written notice of not renewing your lease, you will automatically be switched to a month-to-month lease and then charged a daily prorate for each day you do not give notice. This can amount to one months rent very quickly if you are not careful. In short the apartments are nice and maintenance staff are helpful, but at times that does not outweigh the inefficiencies of the leasing office. Yes I appreciate being greeted with a smile and pleasantries, but simply replying to an email, phone call, or calling a resident to inform them a large package is being delivered before you automatically return it to sender; goes a VERY long way.
